Who said breakfast had to be boring? Meet The Maple Stack. Their goal is to make breakfast colourful again.

When I was given the brief for a pancake parlour, I immediately imagined the diners throughout my travels in the mid-west of America. Black and white checkerboard floors in every single one. They are often found with a character in their branding, giving the identity a whole world of its own. I wanted to do a modern spin on this using complimentary colours to create something memorable for The Maple Stack.
